हमने उन विकल्पों के चयन से परहेज करने पर अपनी सहमति व्यक्त की जिसके कारण 1990 के दशक में अफगानिस्तान में घोर अव्यवस्था फैली थी। इसके साथ ही हमने खासकर अफगानिस्तान में महिलाओं की स्थिति और अधिकारों के संबंध में हुई प्रगति को संरक्षित रखने के महत्व पर भी बल दिया।
